Booked through booking.com. Coastal bliss 3br Umhlanga is the name of the place. Only a single set of keys which u have to leave with the cleaner and call someone to open for you when you get back. Apartment had a broken table which booking. Com promised to refund a nights fees but to date no response. Apartment has shower curtains which are vintage. Curtains are broken hanging of the rods. Lights have no globes. No toiletries provided! We had to ask them. Communication is only done a day prior to arrival. Arrival time is misleading. No lifts... You have to climb 6 flights of stairs to get to third floor with all your luggage in hand. Bathroom door doesn't close properly semi open. Cupboards have a old stench and it has some really ancient things in 1 cupboard. Apartment had lizards so kids were afraid to use the room or go into the kitchen. The pool area was under construction wet cement on walkway no signs put up. It's a really pathetic place to stay and I wouldn't advise Any1 to book here.. They also have a non refundable / cancel policy so you can't change once you've booked. Sadly when they need to pay back what they promised due to broken furniture, they don't take calls or messages and steal from the very people who supported them.. Nothing short of oppression
