Great place to live. It's safe and secure, with lovely views.

The security is great,however the area surrounding the complex is forever having “water pipe”issues which results in the complex not having water,which is quite frequent recently,the maintenance team in the complex is always banging,grinding or fixing something so during the day a whole lot of racket goes on,makes it hard if you studying during the day.....But security is great👍

Expensive to live here, how are the residents going to pay the bond and high amount of levies. The trustees are the ones who think they know it all The trustees think they own the complex. Guards just sit around playing with mobiles or chatting with their team members Residents use the face recognition, if it doesn't work, the guard is summoned, he or she takes their time to open the gate. Gardens are pathetic state, lots of coaches, rats, cat mess. Under cover parking doesn't not have proper drainage systems Everything it rains the parking is covered in water. Trustees and managers are not doing their job and running this once peaceful and beautiful complex to the ground. In all its not a nice complex anymore
