Stayed here for 3 years and would go back in a heartbeat 💔💔💔.... What an amazing caretaker they have. That man's job is exceptional . I think he is just one of the reasons why people never want to move out of there . The space is really clean, safe and very much quiet. You will never have reasons to complain when paying for your rent. No loadshedding, water crisis or anything one would experience... I give it a good 10000 stars . 5 is just not enough.

This apartment is a true home, comfortable, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. Over the years, it has proven to be reliable, quiet, and in a convenient location. The host is approachable, responsive, and makes living here easy. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a long-term rental.
