304 Main Avenue Apartments

Clier and sharp

To whom it May concern. I am your neighbour behind your 304 apartment block on main Street Randburg. I would like to know how did your architect draw the plans for the sewer system? That pipe runs down my driveway (a residential property) and is constantly backing up. It then overflows onto my driveway and all that filth runs down the road impacting everyone that lives on Pine avenue between hill and Harley streets. It is a safety hazard and downright disgusting. I have had to call the water dept out numerous times since this building went up to resolve this problem.. we would like you to do something to help fix this mega mess that you created. It cannot only be our problem.
