This is the best place ever, a sweet and safe home.

The place looks good, it's a mix of families and student living there and has good security.

It's a nice place, I gave a 3 because of security(seem to have many security related issues)

This time of festive, this place is so homely and quiet. It is very welcoming for my holiday time. When I arrived on the 13/12, I was worried. There was a lot of commotion, noise, and loud music during the night, but that didn't last long. Because we are in Education Street, I think students left after 16/12, and noise became normal and bearable. Single parents can raise their kids peacefully in this secured area.

Only one car per resident may live here. A few annoying rules. No elevator or wheelchair access for higher floors. Otherwise. It’s safe inside the compound. No roofed or covered parking. Designed for students. But a family with 1 kid can live here. Or 2 kids if they’re small. If it wasn’t for some of the rules I would give it 4 stars.
