We booked 6 nights at 35 on Main. At check in a man came to measure the fridge, they said it would be replaced due to it being old. So they obviously knew the fridge already there was faulty but still rented the flat out. Then the nightmare began. The fridge made sounds similar to a screeming cat. Night and day around 20 minutes to an hour at a time. I recorded it and sent it to the manager mr Spangenberg at JA Properties who did absolutely nothing to fix it. It ruined our whole holiday to not get to sleep through any night. The manager promised a refund but its 6 weeks ago and he doesn't reply anymore. The flat itself was nice. But with that kind of management I highly recommend you go somewhere else as you will get no help if something is wrong.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The only down side for me was the water from the bathroom sink that ran down the side, the side tables in the bedroom, and the dressing area, which are attached to the walls were not sturdy so I could not keep anything on it. The noise from the construction site next door could be heard in the bedroom, and I woke up to this sound for the duration of my stay. The apartment is comfortable with all the amenities you will need.
Great location, excellent view. Room has everything you need. Lots of restaurants and activities nearby. We struggled with check-in but got sorted eventually.
Security Staff Issues While some security staff were professional, one (Shorty) was outright aggressive and hostile. He thought it was appropriate to shout at me for parking where his own colleague told me to park! After I reported his behaviour, he became consistently hostile for the rest of my stay, making me uncomfortable every time I entered the building.
35 on Main has great apartments. We stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bath, with a large kitchen and living area. A clean and modern look. It has a car elevator to get to the lower parking. While I had never used something like that and found it quite cool, at busier times of the year, it may mean that you have to allocate a little extra time in the mornings before heading out.
