Disappointing Living Experience We recently moved into 41 Degrees, and I’ve been thoroughly disappointed. First off, the maintenance staff is unresponsive. I’ve submitted several requests for repairs, and it often takes weeks for anything to get done, if at all. Additionally, the management team is unhelpful and unfriendly. When I raised my concerns, I felt brushed off rather than supported. Overall, I cannot recommend 41 Degrees to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed living situation. It’s just not worth it.
