72 on Kloof

Booked in FEB as I was trying to be proactive. However plans had changed and had to cancel. I was well within the cancellation agreement but guess what .... when I inquired as to when I would receive my deposit back... they were like ... is it due to sickness or death !!!!! I was and still am so confused by that comment as I was within my cancellation time ...I am still waiting... it's been 17 days since my cancellation.. even though my plans had changed again due to circumstances.. I was never going to book here again due to their lack of customer service and willingness to hold on to their initial agreement when my booking was made. So please beware !!!!!

Avoid booking one of their rooms at all costs, the slightly cheap rate does not make up for the poor or non existing service one gets from the contact person when trying to change or move one's booking. Failed promises of a reply, when reaching out to them trying to move my booking, to no replies, till then being told that it cannot be moved the day before the booking after chasing them for not getting back to me earlier. Rather book somewhere else that has trained service orientated staff that actually deal with bookings in a professional manner.

Brilliant experience through air bnb. Booked in room 411. Stunning! Views, the managing agents were on top of the booking at every step of the journey. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Kloof street on my door step an extra perk.
