Lovely old but well maintained apartment building. Great investment area and tenants in this area are of excellent quality.

"....Slowly most Apartments are being 100% modernised and upgraded! The gardens are stunning but Parking is a nightmare and absolutely NO visitors parking at all! "

Old complex with a beautiful garden especially for summer days. Please contact the person you're visiting for them to open the gate for you. There s no parking inside for visitors you have to find parking outside, which is a bit full because of residence also parking there.
