Amberfield Crest Estate - Centurion.

4You Accommodation - This guest house will not see me again! The owner's small dogs barked until 2 o'clock the morning! Continuously!! The linen smelled like an ashtray and beware those steps are narrow and high!!

I have been living in Amberfield Crest for about 23/24 years. I bought my place of the plans. The security is very good. My family describes it as Fort Knox's. It's nice to have piece of mind in your own home.

Is beautiful, relaxing and quiet. Absolutely lovely entrance. Top security with friendly smiles and know you are safe. Truly a wonderful place. We are moving closer to parents, life is too short♡

One of the lower end estates to live in when it comes to the area, HOA and estate manager. The HOA never listens or acknowledges the residents with suggestions or complaints. Silly "Upgrades" completed in the last 5 years to make money out of residents, with a huge drive on garden maintenance which is in vain , as when community issues like residents not following the rules, noise disturbance past estate rule times or pet issues like the parks and sidewalks full of dog excrement, as well as dogs barking through out the day and night. No action is taken to enforce rules when reported to the estate manager. Management will always make it the resident's problem to resolve and enforce the rules as they are to lazy or even willing to assist. Would not recommend this estate to any person looking to buy or rent. Im not sure where it went wrong as for the last 5 years it has become the estate lagging behind the others in the area.

Beautiful estate. The grounds and roads are well maintained. The guards at the gate are friendly and welcoming while still being professional. The estate manager is friendly and well organized.
