The views from the 2nd floor apartment - spectacular!!

Worst experience ever,was sent a WhatsApp by an agent from Rent a property to move into the flat that I had paid for to occupy on the 1st of April,need I say that when I went there on Saturday there was a white male still in the flat but that was fine because he had an African lady there saying that lady was there to clean the flat and live it in good condition. When I went there,I was shocked,it looked as if the place was occupied by pigs,everything was dirty,the toilet was a mess,the wash basin had yellow blue and the doors were smashed,the oven rubber is off and that's just the tip of the iceberg.i sent a WhatsApp to Jenny the agent who told me that cleaning was my responsibility and even went as far as saying I was telling her nonsense. Her tone was just so racist I am flabbergasted.

The place is quite peaceful, but the parking space is another story. There's not even a tiny play area for kids (in this day and age? 🤔) Other than that, it's a lovely complex.

Not a bad place to say the least. Needs a spot of maintaining however this is offset by the pool and excellent views. It's a great starting apartment but be sure only one parking bay per unit.
