I love Amsterdam Estate. It literally has everything you need, it is in a great location, on the public transport route and tight security. My boy friend owns two properties here. The estate has a Camelot beauty spa, a local store, Amici restaurant and bar (which offers room service), a game room, cinema (which can be booked by the concierge), laundromat service, eco friendly car wash, Braai spots, astro turf, a lounge with unlimited Wi-Fi, 24 hour patrolling security, ample parking space and access controlled, pool and jungle gym are for kids. I manage a two bedroom two bathroom property in the estate for short and long term accommodation. The Estate is located in Olivedale. If anyone is interested in booking accommodation please message me.

Honestly. I have enjoyed my time in MY APARTMENT. The system works to run you dry. Find every possible way to drain your bank account. The services within this estate are inhumane people like Candice and other higher powers that run this estate. If you happy with the pricing - expect a gradual increase every six months, expect maintenance to be sloppy and expect every fix to be temporary because hey, call them a second time and they’ll make sure there’s a third :) hurts me to write something like this but you people are supposed to develop a community. Not a structured system to drain the pockets of your customers. Have a good day.
Held a 1 year old birthday party 👌
Nice complex. It has a lot of amenities such as a swimming pool, jungle gym, braai areas, gym, tennis court, beautiful communal gardens
The visitor security process is extremely inefficient and frustrating. Requiring a driver’s license, car license, and a PIN causes unnecessary delays. To make matters worse, the vacant entrance boom gate remains closed, leading to severe traffic congestion at the nearby four-way intersection. Balwin Properties and Amsterdam Management — this is unacceptable. Please open the unused gate and implement a faster, more practical visitor entry system. You can and should do better. See below - the queues to enter building up into the slipways and across the intersection of Jacaranda rd, and the inused boom gate.
