Noisy estate. Hammering starts at 5:30 in the morning with no consideration for neighbours.

The red brick makes it look like a prison or asylum. More trees less and more grass was gonna make it look more warm and inviting. But it's just redbrick and paving. Nice surrounding area apartments next door are nicer looking.

The apartment is lovely and spacious and and we could enjoy our family gathering without any outside interference. It is actually very tranquil within the estate. Security to move in and out of the estate is also very good. Visitor's parking could be looked at since the vehicles are parked in open parkings where kids ride their bikes and play.
