These flats/apartments are near a great shopping complex Arconpark shopping center, its next to good schools in the neighbourhood and close as in 10 minutes drive to the city of Vereeniging.

Neat and tidy block of old flats, huge rooms, mostly elderly residents, having a lot of water interruptions as well as electrical problems and then no one can use the lifts as there is NO GENERATOR and then you need to walk the stairs!! There is a HUGE problem with parking space, not enough space.

maintenance of this building is terrible! The lifts are forever broken and stay the at way for months. People spend so much money buying these flats and are still asked to “contribute” towards fixing the lifts?! What the hell! Time to see where the money is going or get another body corp to take over! Oh and let’s not forget that apartheid era attitude that still floats around in this flats from people in charge to residents!!!!
