Beautiful, stylish, and new. Tiny like almost all new developments in CPT. The living room can only fit a 2-seater (from wall to kitchen counter wall). You put in furniture and you suddenly don’t have enough space to move.
Unit 96 being rented out as a self catering unit. The Aubs on FB and Bookings. Great value.

We recently experienced a break-in at our apartment, and our furniture was stolen. Unfortunately, we're not the first to fall victim to burglary here. The complex lacks security measures such as cameras, gates, and fingerprint scanners, which makes it an attractive target for thieves. Given its location on a busy road, it's surprising that more hasn't been done to enhance security. Despite this, the complex itself looks great. However, it's worth noting that there are no amenities like a swimming pool or gym which they say they do have. If you're considering moving here, be aware of the security concerns
Very nice looking apartments at a good price but they don’t prioritise safety and security. Our unit got broken into and our valuables were stolen. There is security at the gate but it’s easy for someone to sneak in since it’s a boom gate that doesn’t require any secure access. Also there are no cameras around the property so the person who stole our stuff is likely to never get caught or might come back again. Mind you, we were not warned that there are break-ins
