Situated centrally in the New Orleans suburb of Paarl this Complex offers value for money accommodation. Parking for visitors are few and far apart.Security in this area is of the greatest importance as socioeconomic challenges still continue to escalate. Wheelchair-friendly?Not sure.Surrounding environment is still stable and not too crowded . Middle-aged and Pensioners, their grandkids.Ordinary.
