Peaceful townhouse with good security, well maintained.

I lived here for 2 years. Generally had a good experience, however, the security was not good at all. I had numerous unfortunate and unpleasant experiences with them. Rietfonetin, being across the road, was a pleasant get away.

I agree!! Very noise and inconsiderate residents. Could always hear loud door banging noises, people moving furnitures late hours, loud music from day till night. Body corporate just asks you to inform security immediately when there noise disturbance, but sometimes you are uncertain which unit it is, so it's pointless. But the maintained team does do a great job, complex is always clean.

It's a nice place looking at it from the outside but once you in most of those apartments need serious renovations they are way too old

I have been selling a few apartments here and it's an excellent investment's nest. I can't find any fault with the complex. Good upkeep and maintenance in place & the bird life is amazing. Beautiful and scenic. Apartments are well built and spacious.
