Safe, friendly security staff, rules that ensure that the entire complex is clean and presentable. The complex has Parklands Junction across the street which has Woolworths food, Crazy Stores, Mr Video, Clicks, Romans Pizza, Mc Donalds... all at a walking distance and there is efficient parking for visitors

Cool place, definitely could use cover for the parking spots, the cars are in the sun all the time. They can also use a place for the tenants to hang their laundry.

Efficient, Friendly Security at the gate. Plenty of parking available for both tenants and visitors. The property is well managed, However - the apartments i did maintenance for in this complex both had a serious cockroach infestation in their kitchen areas!
