Stayed in a Airbnb in the complex. Lovely apartment with a private courtyard and outdoor seating area. Very safe and secure complex.

Have been staying here for a few weeks and I must say it is a lovely block of flats. Quiet and security is excellent. My only complaint would be the tiles when it rains, as they become very slippery. Otherwise a generally lovely block with what seems to be lovely people staying there.
