Please avoid this complex at all costs. You will Absolutely hate it here. The electricity daily usage is a scam and they are making up the numbers. They charged us R180 last Friday and yesterday and we were both on laptops all day and nothing else was on. Absolutely disgusting attitude and the whole "it is not my problem" attitude from management. It took months for them to fix the gym machines. The maintenance guys came to fix our tiles which seems to be a VERY common issue and they didnt even have all their equipment they needed and had to come back another day to make another mess. There is always the issue of dust from both sides of the complex and we are all forced to have dust ridden cars and keep all our windows closed or a layer of dust falls on everything and destroy your equipment. Avoid at all costs. We regret moving here and will be urgently moving out of this mess.

Stay away from this facility please! The management has a bad attitude , the walls are thin you can hear everything happening next door, don’t even want to mention the ridiculous electricity fees . Maintenance services are bad. Lastly, one year later after moving out , we never received our deposit money back 💔💔💔.

I had a disappointing experience with the handling of my deposit after renting the unit for two years. Despite a cleaning fee already being deducted, I was still charged for repainting due to “dirty walls.” There was no actual damage noted during the exit inspection. The walls only had minor scuff marks consistent with normal day-to-day living over a two-year period. These were not excessive and, in my view, fall within fair wear and tear. It feels unreasonable to expect a property to be returned in brand new condition after being occupied for an extended period, especially when normal use has not resulted in any damage. I would advise future tenants to clearly understand how “wear and tear” is interpreted, as this may impact the return of your deposit.

Bahari Lifestyle apartments are absolutely beautiful. We’ve got a new view of the mountains, the apartment is nice and spacious and the neighbours are lovely. The staff members have been very friendly and welcoming. Monique has gone above and beyond to help us settle in and answered any questions we may have had.

My kids and I love this estate. The community of families that live here are wonderful, the staff are friendly and professional, the grounds are clean and beautifully maintained and we enjoy the events and activities. Highly recommend recommended
