The one thing everyone wants to do in summer is swim. The pool has not been maintained and is disgusting. It is green and getting worse. One of the reasons I chose to move in was because of the pool. Now it cannot even be used.
Loved the gardens. We were booked to clean a unit in here, the unit looked well taken care of and the fixtures we'll fitted. It's a cozy place
It is deeply concerning that almost every week there is a new issue affecting essential services, whether it’s water or electricity. More often than not, these disruptions appear to be the result of unpaid accounts. This level of mismanagement is highly irresponsible and causes significant inconvenience to residents, particularly as we are given no advance notice to prepare for these outages.
We've lived here for nearly 3 years, we've had so many issues, especially with electricity, mismanaged funds, different managing agents, laptops being stolen & so much more. I honestly would personally never buy a unit in this complex & even though I'm renting, I wouldn't look to rent here long term, especially if you have children or elderly folk as the systems in the complex don't work. We just have new agents (again), so maybe in time things will change, but 3 years later & nothing has gotten better.
For 3 years now, constant power and water outages, (in Baldersani alone) zero communication to the tenants. The pool is dirty. I wish I read reviews before moving here. Third day without power just this week.
