Beautiful place..peaceful and safe environment..want tranquility try Ballito Groves

Worst experience of my life, very dirty and impossible to clean because the units are way to small, no cupboard space, no outside area that you can enjoy, even though you get billed illegally for garden service that never comes and basic water charges on top of the catastrophe that is Netvender. My already fragile lungs have been permanently damaged by the black mould that has slowly been destroying the entire place for as long as it has been there. No ventilation, nou boundaries around the buildings so there is really no way to escape the rising damp that will eventually lead to really bad things happening. If you are on the top floor like my friend your ceiling can fall on you at any time, also because the extractor fans don't work. I moved into the complex based on the pictures on Google, they are very misleading. Maybe the place looked like that 5 minutes after it was build more then 5 years ago but now it's all flies and maggots and cockroaches. I have never ever seen so many cockroaches in my life. Thank God I got out

Had the pleasure of living in these apartments and very peaceful, safe and lovely pool area to chill and relax, the gym is a great addition

My experience living here was absolutely appalling. The apartment was plagued by persistent mold, creating an unhealthy and unsanitary living environment. Maintenance was consistently poor, with issues either ignored or inadequately addressed. The cockroach infestation was beyond disgusting. Roaches were everywhere, on the floors, walls, cupboards, and even crawling onto my bed while I was asleep. There were also other pests regularly making their way into the apartment, making it feel uninhabitable. The overall atmosphere of the estate made my stay deeply unpleasant, and I could not wait to leave. People doing witchcraft ay 11pm at some point. Based on my personal experience, I would strongly advise anyone considering moving here to inspect the property thoroughly before signing a lease. I cannot recommend this estate.
