The estate had everything we needed, we didn't have to leave. The kids had an absolute blast. From a restaurant to pools and a spa and wellness centre. It was an incredible stay.

Extremely disappointing experience with the management at Ballito Hills. There seems to be very little urgency when it comes to dealing with residents' concerns, and customer service is far below what you would expect from a residential estate of this standard. Instead of making residents feel heard and supported, the overall approach comes across as dismissive and unprofessional. It's frustrating when genuine concerns are not handled with the respect, fairness, and efficiency they deserve. Based on my experience, I would not recommend living here if you expect responsive and professional management. If I could I would give them 0 stars.

I had high expectations for the place but was not really impressed .First of ,the security is so tight to the point of insanity ,which was not a problem i f it was not such an inconvenience . You need to download apps for everything so you can have access to any facilities there .The turnstile at the main entrance is so tight and small that you have to squeeze through. And then when you get inside the estate there is no one to direct you to your apartments ,and the place is confusing .My biggest downside was their gym where i was told to go and gym outside because i was wearing flops. The guy at the reception told me to take the dumbbells i had in my hands and leave the gym, and go outside on the green to workout there .I felt so humiliated ,especially because i was one of the 3 black people who were there. I vowed i will never go back there again if this is how they treat guests. The apartment was the only highlight; it was nice and comfortable ,and the cleaning lady did a thorough job. We were also allowed to check in early. I was surprised though when we experienced load shedding throughout our stay. For a place like that ,i would expect back up power ,but n; we were subjected to several power cuts a day

During our recent stay at the Ballito Hills development by Balwin Properties, we were absolutely captivated by the exceptional quality and thoughtful design of the complex. The units are impressively spacious and exquisitely finished, offering a sense of luxury and comfort that made our stay truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, the breathtaking views welcomed us, setting the tone for an unforgettable experience. The lifestyle center at Ballito Hills is undoubtedly next-level and caters to a diverse range of interests and activities. The large pool, complemented by a separate kids' pool, provided endless hours of enjoyment. The kids' play area, while fantastic in its own right, could benefit from being separated from the pool area to allow parents a chance to relax more comfortably. Beyond the pools, the amenities are nothing short of extraordinary, including a soccer field, veggie garden, paddle court, well-equipped gym, and even a games room. The on-site restaurant and beauty salon added an extra layer of convenience and indulgence to our stay. Despite ongoing construction of additional units, the complex remained impeccably clean, and at no point did we feel unsafe. The careful maintenance and organization of the site were evident and greatly appreciated. Overall, Ballito Hills is a remarkable development that offers an array of amenities in a beautifully designed setting. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and comprehensive living experience or a delightful getaway.

A great place to stay at! We booked a flat for 2 weeks that has everything you would need to be self-sufficient. However, we still had someone come to the flat to change sheets and towels and do basic cleaning which was unexpected, but greatly appreciated. The estate itself has a very good restaurant, a decent swimming pool, a good gym and even a spa/wellness centre. A great option for anyone booking a stay in Ballito, KZN South Africa :)
