Ballito Village

As a resident of Ballito Village, I must applaud the management of this Estate. Every aspect of our stay at Ballito Village has been pleasant, safe and friendly. We have experienced an excellent quality of life at this estate. Our group of ladies make total use of the terrain of the estate during our walks. The park is always accessible for our get together. Moreover and most beneficial is the gym where our ladies gather often to exercise and practice other forms of strength training. Anyone looking to buy here will not be mistaken. The security is friendly and do their utmost to attend to any challenges and queries we have, especially with the Airbnb.This estate comes highly recommended.Truly love my stay here.

Complex is nice but security was all over the place. Access control process needs to be streamlined particularly for BNBs

The clubhouse is very good. , especially the restaurant and gym area. The security is top class. The pond next to 300 apartments gets filled with frogs which make terrible noise at night. I suggest that the owners close it please.

The is the best apartment. We stayed there for our holidays. Highly recommend
