The complex is nice and simple. Lots of working class. There both renting and owned unit. There is no mail box, hence difficult to get your mail. Cleaning within the untis' corridors is some times less to be desired.

The complex is secured and fairly well managed. I am settled here. Would be nice if the security gate office post had some form of backup power supply to regulate access as per norm. Slight pain points: Not sure if there is a designated kids play area (I don’t think so) but the kids are loud at times; makes it hard to focus when studying or working from home… they also play near cars in the parking lot (heavy scratch risk). Otherwise kids will always be kids, so maybe some guidelines & supervision can be reiterated.
Large well maintained complex. Fair sized units. Pleasant enough.
This is where I stay. The security is really friendly and the area is safe since there isn't a lot of people loitering about without a plan
I've been living in this complex for a while now, and one major issue that continues to bother me is the security system. Specifically, the gate access policy has been a significant inconvenience. As a resident, I expect to have seamless access to my home without unnecessary hurdles. However, the current system requires residents to have a remote control to enter the gate. If you don't have one, you're left standing outside, treated like a visitor, despite the security personnel knowing you're a resident. This policy raises serious safety concerns. Imagine being stuck outside the gate late at lnight or during harsh weather conditions without any means to get in. The risk of potential robbery or harm is high, and it's unsettling to think that something could happen while you're waiting for access What's more, l've noticed the security can be quite rigid at times, and I'm left wondering if they're prioritizing protecting the building over the residents' safety and convenience. In my opinion, residents should come first
