Beds Inn

We made a group reservation and I can not recommend any one to use this hostel, as conversation is impossible or rude. We had to reschedule our trip and I am very glad we do not have to stay at the Beds Inn at George.

Good evening I have just had a big argument which was never supposed to be an argument about a stain damage at your property that I have booked by (beds inn). I was having a conversation with one of your employees about chicken while in the kitchen and she mentioned that I had a stain on the bed sheet which I have to pay for. I said that’s fine and proceeded to ask why my room hadn’t been cleaned on certain occasions. The an employee named Buhle Marman interjected in our conversation and rudely called me words and I had no choice but to respond. I had at the time not knowingly she was an employee because she was cooking for her and her boyfriend. I greeted them kindly before and then this situation happened. The staff can account for my kindness and respect. I don’t tolerate this hence why I am sending this email because I am deeply offended by this behaviour. Yours sincerely Karabo mokoena (guest)

Good and clean accommodation with very friendly and helpful staff. The only small issue is that the aircon in the room is not working. On request the front desk gave us a fan to use. Highly recommended.

We Booked in our team to stay for 3 nights. The place is not very nice at all, my team could not stay for the additional 2 nights and requested to book out and book in somewhere decent....this is basically a hostel for a sleepover without any comfort...if that is what you are looking for. The accomodation and communal areas where everybody shares ammenities is really not nice. The communication on the WA group is fantastic when taking your money....after that , any complaints or information required....Good luck, you blatently just get ignored...so rude, even our emails ...No one has had the decency to even reply....I accept now that they refuse to give us a refund as discussed before we booked out due to our dissatifaction and have claimed our money....PLEASE DO NOT EVER BOOK THIS PLACE FOR ACCOMODATION.....

Stayed here one night, 2 persons in a single room Good things: - It is almost in de centre of George which is nice - WiFi is good - Community lounge is Oke, options to store food in the fridge and cook. Watch tv - parking is gated Bad things/good to know: - De single rooms do give privacy in vision but not in sound. You can hear everything, so my neighbours where snorting and it felt like they where laying next to me in bed. - The linnen was not clean and had some strange marks For the price and just one night it was Oke for us but if you want more comfort and want to stay somewhere longer I would recommend going elsewhere
