Beechurst

Gillian Dawson you are an amazing person .Thank you for making my day.I wish you all the best. Its Heniel.

Rented a one bed for 3 years. No troubles at all. Convenient location. The handyman and landlord are exceptionally helpful and hands on. Overall great vibe.

I loved my time at Beechurst, Gillian is a lovely and thoughful landlady and goes above and beyond to ensure the comfort of her tenants. :)

Well situated apartments in the heart of The Parks, convenience with restaurants and shopping square right opposite the building, well kept apartments and grounds. Building manager is lovely and welcoming. Definitely worth the move!

Honestly one of the best apartment buildings I've ever stayed in. Gillian is excellent and manages the property super well. Communication is excellent and you are supported as a tenant in a way that is friendly and professional. The area is super safe, the building is secure, and it's so close to Rosebank, Parkhurst, Melville and other Joburg hotspots. Truly in the middle of things, yet not a noisy, mid-city experience. Love that you're able to walk around the neighbourhood and that there are quality cafes, restaurants, coffee shops and galleries scattered nearby. Never had an issue with the neighbours and very pleased to have had such a lovely experience living there!
