Bel aire complex always gets affected by power outages outside of Loadshedding. There are water interruptions at least once or even twice a week for long periods. People should not be living like this. The body corporate is so silent, like they don't exist. As a resident, we should get some kind of notice regarding water and electricity outages. As i am typing this, we have not had water since yesterday mid afternoon. We have children, we need to eat, we need to wash dishes, the toilet needs to be flushed...What about hygiene?? I would not suggest this complex to anyone.

The apartments here are quite spacious and budget friendly. As waterfall grows the scenery is quite awesome in the area and these apartments being so near makes them pretty cool.
Bel Aire is close to Mall of Africa and Waterfall City and Hospital and other businesses. Well situated. The complex has two swimming pools, places for children to play.
Gate manager dosn came closer n no communication for residents with delivery. Failed delivery, but explained that he was forbidden corporate rules
EXTREMELY disappointing living experience!!! What is most frustrating is that these are not isolated incidents. There have been persistent problems over an extended period. Living without reliable access to water and constantly facing maintenance concerns has caused significant inconvenience, stress, and frustration. Prospective tenants and buyers should look beyond the appearance of the property and carefully investigate the history of service delivery and maintenance before making a decision. A beautiful complex means very little when basic living standards are repeatedly compromised. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend living here. Had I known the extent and duration of these issues beforehand, I would not have chosen to move in. I hope management takes meaningful action to address these longstanding problems rather than allowing residents to continue bearing the consequences. Just to add: it is now 12:25pm , the 9th of June. I have not had water since Friday the 5th of June. Other residents from the complex found water in their taps this morning. I still have nothing. None of our body corporates would share a bit of information!! I’m scared for what goes on here really.
