I know there's a great need for housing but really, try to make it worthwhile wanting to purchase... (not value for money) minimal features & too expensive....

We staying at Belhar Lofts for a month now. We love it. No place is perfect some students that rents her is abit noisy and walking with liquore around, but nothing we can't handle.
