Wonderful residential area. The apartments are absolutley beautiful. Quite safe for the area it's in. Near the two main campuses of University of the Western Cape and the Cape Peninsula University of Technology. Near Erica Square Shopping Centre and close to Sasol Fill up station and convenience store.

A good place to stay for young professionals and students. Secured security services. Safer and affordable. I am staying here too.

Residents need to register biometrics for security. Fingerprint on entering, face scanner on exiting. Cars need to be registered in order to park inside or will be clamped however even once registered it is a first come first parking space system and limited spaces become available later in the evening. They are very strict about visitor cars entering at night. Security guards have regular patrolling schedules so it feels quite safe. Can be very loud especially on weekends. There is no recycling. Black bins are found at each block on the ground floor and trash is collected regularly.
