This is a great complex. Very well managed and maintained. The units are beautiful. Close to major highways N12, N17, R21 and schools in Boksburg. It is 5min away from the East Rand Mall and 10min away from O R Tambo Airport. It is very secure with controlled access and 24 hr security, a perfect lock-up and leave. If modern living is your thing, this complex will compliment your lifestyle.
This complex has wonderful people in but DO NOT RENT WITH 4Max Properties! You will never see your deposit money Back. If you can, rent from the owner directly. Please take heed. Otherwise go to Hellopeter and go read their reviews. For your own benefit!
Very uspet. We currently stay there and we recently got robbed on the 2 February. We are still waiting for the security company to come take a statement and the owner does not wish to put up a security gate for our safety if we do not re new our contract. We may not be renewing our contract but we are still staying until the end of april so now as a woman who stays at home with my baby girl must feel unsafe... not ideal for me what a disappointment!
Renting from 4Max is awful. They did a home inspection when I was leaving, and everything was okay. Then all of a sudden, the paint in one room was faulty so they took 2500 off my deposit. To paint a room. Be careful with these people.
Safe...can't just in ,security has to contact the person you're there for.clean spacious and there's a cute play area for kids
