Amazing place it is, my clients enjoyed it so much.

Unsupervised children running all over the complex including the parking lot. Bicycles and toys left in parking lot making it hard for vehicles to get to their parking spots. Vehicles being damaged by children. Management only sends emails and does not intervene.

Beautiful and neat complex. Also has much fewer blocks that the other complexes situated within BuhRein Estate. Very safe and quite.

If you need a good place for living in Kraaifontein there is security cameras everywhere and the arme response anytime there it's a magic place for the flat to rent or to sell

I have been living in Buh Rein for almost 3 years. And still every morning there are transport vehicles that hoots infront of Le Rosa Complex/ Vida Nova Complex and next door to Le Rosa. Taking away all of these residents Human rights away. It's the only Complex and area I know of in South Africa, where you are allowed to hoot. These trustees are incompetent.
