Old building but nice and cool, no really natural sunlight coming through, not for long term living

Beautiful views and great location. DON’T stay in 601. This is an Airbnb and the hosts are unreachable unless you want to wait 12 hours or more. We were locked out and the code given in the info was wrong!! We had to wait and get security to help as the host didn’t respond. The wifi went out The power went out as the host didn’t pay the bill. How is this even possible. In every situation we had to wait more than 12 hours for a response. We finally had to contact Airbnb support! They also could NOT reach the host. This is unacceptable when renting a place. We stayed over a week and are super hosts ourselves. Never have I ever had an experience like this in over 15 years on Airbnb. These hosts need to reflect on how to be good hosts and how they can do things differently. This was the worst experience ever!! We left the place immaculate and took photos of how we left everything.
