Bella Vista (Old Holiday Inn Hotel)

The time we visited here, was so peaceful. Its always neatly maintained. And its indeed a Community that cares for the wellbeing of eachother. We will definitely be back to visit soon again

My parents live there and the block is very clean and security is of high standards. But the area for older people is not safe at all.

A retirement building complex for 60 years and older where sectional titled apartments are sold off. Very neat. Full on 24 hour security. Conference room. Entertainment area. Full braai area and Olympic size swimming pool and basement parking for motor vehicle. Servailance cameras inside and outside.

It's a lovely residential building for people of retirement age. The security is good and is kept clean. They also busy with improvement in the communal areas, I would highly recommend it if your budget is tight or if you looking for an investment.

I have been a resident for three years now and absolutely love the place. The management is suburb especially Kobus, Sonia, Kallie and the security team. I feel safe, well maintained premises and everyone is so friendly. I can strongly recommend this establishment.
