Everything is okay until you inform the landlord on your intentions of leaving. They will do anything possible to try keep your deposit.

Cons: Noisy. Children play on the floors not in the ground floor .Some people party every weekend, loud music till late at night. Not good if you work weekends and shifts like I do. Pro's Supermarkets and laundry services at a walking distance, kfc, McDonald's right in front. And a 24 hours caltex. The care taker is a very nice and helpful gentleman. The neighbors are friendly.

I won't recommend it, not very safe and drug active on the corner of the complex. Tye smell there is so bad. If you care about your safety don't worry to check it out not worth it.

It's very quiet, I like that. The only problem is that when I wanted enter at the gate I had to wait for my brother to phone he wasn't available at the moment so I had to wait. I waited for at least an hour Other than that I loved it

Very serene and quiet when we initially moved in however its starting to get a bit more crowded and noisy. There is no access control and makes the place unsafe however there is 2 guards during the day and night now. Anyone can get in anytime if the gate gets opened.
