Good community, I enjoyed my stay as a senior student at this place and I can do it again. Friendly staff and management.

As a student who has live here for almost 1½ year I can recommend it for a CPUT student. I has nice showers, spacious kitchen, lounge, pool table and a TV room. For people who like exercising it has a gym area. The cleaners come in daily as a result this res is very clean. I highly recommend it but every house has its rules and its little problems but it is Close to being perfect. Another thing it is closer to shops...its less that a kilo to go to shoprite, pep, Mr price and the mini shopping center that is here.

From the moment you see the building from the street, it’s really impressive. The security team inside is very professional and welcoming, which makes a great first impression. The facilities are outstanding. There isn't just one kitchen—there are multiple spacious ones equipped with ovens, air fryers, and high-quality microwaves. There is also a gym and a fantastic entertainment area where you can play pool or foosball, or just watch TV. Having an elevator is also a huge plus! While it is a bit pricey, it’s clearly worth the cost because the place is just marvelous and the service is top-notch. I don’t stay here myself (I was visiting a friend), but comparing it to my own place, I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a premium living experience!
