Cool place but security seem like they are force to work

Nice place but residents must be accommodating for kids playing at clubhouse. Kids are kids and they do play loud at times.

Went to view and the complex is tranquil, apartments are dope and spacious

Seems fairly secure, and nice and spacious, but extremely noisy with Main road so close (24/7 noise with old delivery bikes, trucks, and cars racing past at +- 100km/h). You almost feel as though the traffic is inside your unit. Questionable design choices, such as a tiny basin in the bathroom, flimsy fittings, dim lighting etc. I regret moving in, will be looking elsewhere as soon as possible.

Amazing apartments, well-maintained buildings and grounds, crystal clear pool, peaceful estate, very secure and great environment overall.
