Small enough for me 30 units, simple, quiet, safe and secured, beautiful inside and outside. I love it.

The place is ugly. Low key looks like a jail- not enough greenery. Worst of all the area is rife with unscheduled power outages; I'm talking 3-5 days straight of no power- every single month 😢 I'll give it two stars cause it's a clean jail atleast🤷🏾♀️; and the area is quiet.
