Claudine the supervisor is pathetic at management!

Not a very well built structure. Some tenants are very selfish towards other tenants when it comes to noise.

What terrible management! Head of the board shrugs off complaints because she has a personal life to live!? Allows rules to be broken because she is the one allowing it? Pathetic!

Children screaming and shouting right outside your door at all hours of day and night, complaints are never taken seriously. Would not recommend living here if you like peace and quiet. 'head' of the board Gloudine's grandchildren do as they please and she verbally berates people when they complain

I have been living in this complex for seven years now. The past two years have been an absolute nightmare; living here is like being a prisoner in your own home. Gloudine moved back into her property in the complex, and the harmony and cultivated peace died that day. She is a dictator who belittles and berates you. She targets you and gets you into trouble with your rental agents or landlords to push you out on the street if you stand up to her. She only applies the rules to everyone but herself and her horrible daughter and grandkids, who take over the complex. They will literally just walk into your home as if they own the place. DO NOT MOVE HERE. You will not live happily; this complex will be your worst nightmare. Stay Away
