Bergvrede Apartments

Lovely place to live, the grounds are kept and the buildings have just been repainted the outside lights are on an inverter which is very nice on loadshedding evenings. Located close to highway, schools and shops.

Horrible body corporate, always policing and looking for trouble. We were fined from the start, we tried to not put a foot wrong and yet again, we were warned about a possible R200 fine for our clothing horse that is stored on the balcony when, at the time, the code of conduct they sent, does not say we can't store it outside. They assume it must be stored outside. They give fines without proof, their legal document does not state everything they want people to follow, meaning they tend to blind side you with warnings and fines out of the blue. They are incredibly hostile, I do not recommend renting or buying, we are looking to move.

Very nice living here. Complex is always neat and gardens are well kept. Body corporate manage the complex well and inforce the rules so we all can live in harmony. The complex rules are easy to follow. Body corporate and super friendly and eager to help with issues. Even gives warnings when you disobey a rule and them help you to understand why you got the warning

This is an amazing place to stay. We have been feeling so welcome from day one. Thanks so much for an amazing complex with very reasonable rules and regulations. The calm and quiet atmosphere is all we ever wanted. Thanks a million.

Quiet and peaceful environment. Good security. Well-kept communal safety Overall, Bergvrede appears to be a decent complex if you're looking for a secure, quiet place in Vredekloof East. Are you thinking of renting there or buying a unit? YES! crime in the area? NO or body corporate issues if you're considering moving there, follow the rules...YES! Fantastic place to stay and rent😃
