Place is family friendly, affordable, no noise, clean except that the building is old and needs to be renovated and the elevator gets stuck all the time at any floor because the door doesn’t close well. I’d stay there all over again if I could. Love the place!

A great complex, very secure and ample parking. The complex is situated within walking distance from all necessities and is home to all walks of life. The complex is well maintained and residents are considerate for their neighbours.

Beautiful and convenient location. The complex and tennants are quiet, however the noise from the Main road does cause a lot of noise location. A lot of young professionals,students both post and undergrad as well as young families and some elder folks. It is known to be relatively affordable as well.
