This Complex deserves a higher rating but the poor response to Security issues, in particular the Access/Exit Gate , is what pulls it down. This facility regularly has problems resulting in Visitors sitting outside on the driveway whilst somebody comes from within the Complex with a remote. This past weekend was a case in question! No guard was posted to assist although I believe they have a contract with CMS Security Company. Security is an essential pillar of a well run complex.
