Boeing Park Complex - Elardus Park.

Great complex! Highly responsive management! From leaks to cracks to errand car alarm. Only reason it's not getting a 5, people aren't too responsible with their cats!

Very neat apartments

Rentals: 1, 2 or 3 Bedroom Apartment to rent in 24H secure complex. The units is a great size. Swimming pool in the complex with entertainment facilities.Close to all major highways, good schools and shopping centres.

Worst place to live. We left the place better than we got it and they still deducted off of our deposit (amount was already written on the exit inspection document before inspection even took place) for having to paint out the place. This after they use a paint which is impossible to clean, however we left no marks or holes in any walls. I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s standard practice to just deduct the amount from every tenant to repaint the unit for the next person. Will avoid any Urban Construction/Rentals complexes or developments. Rules also only apply to some people and not to everyone. They advertise they have an entertainment area but half of the workers are living in there along with some of the garages.

Stayed here for a few years. The staff is efficient and attends to maintenance requests on time. Head office does attend to emails or enquiries. The neighborhood is quite and I like the fact that it is close to convenience shops, malls and everything is literally easily accessible.
