Super spacious old and secure flat block. Close to Bellville cbd and DF Malan High.

I have much complains about this useles house,it is so dirty and talkative people are there,the people whose stay this house are busy to know whatever you're doing i really hate staying this house and i am about to shift😡

This is probably the worst place to stay.. your rent is high but your place is as small as a shack... Things get stolen off the washing lines from pple that don't stay here... It's very easy to get into this flat when it's loadsheeding there's no safety here the only safety you have is your sliding gate...in front of your door room.. caretaker is Never around.. he doesn't report back to you if your stuff has been stolen..the caretaker also doesn't hear anyone out when they speak his a very rude person

Flat complex close to major amenities viz transport, shopping, etc.
