Technically a 3.5. Its a good place to live in for the first 3 years or so. Secure with security. The location is optimal. It's close to shopping centers, malls, schools and wine farms for leisure. Police stations nearby even though it is a very safe area. Nature reserves, botanical gardens and CBD in driving distance. Overall the best in the Langeberg Ridge area. The only issues surround how most estates are designed and run nowadays. Quality of life is not on their priority list. The yards/gardens are small. They are slow to attend to issues including collapsing gardens, latent deficits etc. Emphasis was placed on having as many homes and apartments as possible with space as a cost.

This conveniently located estate offers both full title and sectional title properties. Security features include cameras and electric fencing. Following some unfortunate break-ins which were opportunistic in nature, the estate has made improvements by adding perimeter cameras and offsite monitoring with armed response. Thanks to these upgrades, security has greatly improved, offering a safer environment and peace of mind to residents. Additionally, the estate is beautifully maintained, with lovely green spaces that make it a pleasant place to call home.
Bonsai Estate was designed for apartment living and that is what you get. Spacious apartments placed in a secure area, accessed controlled, and a diverse group of tenants.
