Safe complex with a pleasant garden area for residents to walk and have braai's.

A really great place to live in. There is a stream flowing through the property that adds that extra bit of tranquility. The place is also very peaceful, neat and clean.

Been living here for 5 years now. Love the complex. Only problem I have come across is the parking situation, there's never enough parking, tenants don't park in their garages leaving visitors stranded for parking. Tenants below is fight daily leaving us sleepless nights, swimming pool hasn't been repaired since flooding in December but see they are still busy repairing it. Security is friendly but not helpful when it comes to the parking situation. Children and adults don't adhere to the rules regarding the running of kids up and down the stairs and passages, as well as our supposed 10pm no music rule lol but other than that we are happy living here

Unfortunately, the caretaker at this property is unprofessional and does not handle tenant concerns well. Communication is poor, and unit issues are often ignored or take too long to be resolved. The way tenants are treated is disappointing, with little regard for their comfort or concerns. Better management and responsiveness are needed. Would not recommend based on my experience.

I have been living here for 2 weeks now. There is this one Indian guy who talks so loud. His window is next to mine and I can here every word because it echos through the hallway. I had to go and ask him to lower his voice and it is 21H00 at night. I doubt if I will re-new my lease for another year. No one here seems to follow the rules anyway. And some of the people here are not so very unfriendly. Caretaker as well, doesn't look like if he knows his duties or he just couldn't care less. Not what I expected.
