Been living here for over a month now as a tenant and have been very happy with the security and building management. Location wise: it is ideal for getting out of Stellenbosch to the main suburbs of Cape Town. It is beautifully set with views of all of Stellenbosch’s mountains. It has mostly older students and young working people so there are not the usual student noise and party disturbances that student-centres in Stellenbosch. I also really like the clean, face-brick look with black-tile pairing of the apartments and central areas
