Parking space clean and safe for kids

That is well organized, clean ,place to stay comfortable and it safe ,ngyayithanda kakhulu ..big up to the owner.

Nice and clean place to live in it

I lived in this complex for three years and what follows is based on my own experience. Honestly, the place is clean, rooms are spacious and secure. During our first year, we had unpredictable recurring water cuts that occasionally lasted more than three days. That's when most of the tenants fled, and it was people we knew in Newlands who rescued us. Water cut issue improved over time though. The are people who were playing music loud on weekends and randomly throughout the week. Finally, when it was time to get my deposit there we uncommunicated outrageous deductions such as unit inspection fees. The agent (Heidi) i was dealing with made things more difficult for me. According to them I deserved less than a half of my deposit (1.5 month deposit). This is based on my own experience and probably someone will deal with a different agent.
