SCAM ALERT! I have sent numerous emails and WhatsApp messages with no response. There is also no answer when calling. I have paid for a 3 month business lead package 4 weeks ago and have not received anything to date. I also commented on their fb page to please contact me and was blocked minutes afterwards.

Based on my personal experience, I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious before giving this company any money. I engaged their services after clear promises were made regarding lead delivery and a refund policy. Unfortunately, the leads were not delivered as agreed. They started ignoring all calls and messages from me regarding the refund stipulated in their policy. I am sharing this review so that others can make an informed decision. My experience did not align with what was promised during the sales process, and the lack of communication afterward was particularly concerning. I would recommend getting everything in writing, verifying refund procedures independently, and considering alternative providers before proceeding

I would advise others to proceed with caution before doing business with this company. In May, I paid R3,500 for a 3-month Marketing and Lead Generation package after being promised the following: "We guarantee your leads, and we have a 30-day Money Back Guarantee if you are not happy with the number or quality of booking leads we send to you (you will receive a minimum of 16 booking leads per month)." Despite this guarantee, I have not received a single lead to date. When I contacted the company to request the refund that was promised, my calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages went unanswered. The only response I received was a message stating that my refund would be processed by the end of June. That deadline passed, and I have still not received the refund. Since then, my messages and emails have been ignored. This was my personal experience, and I believe potential customers should be aware of it before making a decision. The commitments made during the sales process were not fulfilled, and my repeated attempts to resolve the matter have gone unanswered.
