Very very safe and secure. Security is awesome. There is just 1 Karen in my Courtyard that thought it good to complain when my teens decided to go outside and play for the first time in 10 months on the grass! At 18:30 to 19:00 sharp.

If anyone is ever interested in apartment 45 in Calais Apartment Complex, it has deep mould issues and damp that affects chest and allergies. Match! Agency and the landlord did not do due diligence before listing. Don't trust them. They don't inspect thoroughly, before signing the agent claimed the previous tenants never had any issues at all. But once living here other residents told me that the previous tenants had these issues. The guards however are amazing people, friendly and active!
